FLYING INSTRUCTIONS

The Flying Wing responds differently to the speed with which it is launched. A slow launch can produce a smooth glide to a landing. A rapid launch can produce one or two loops. Always throw or launch into a breeze, if any. Flying the Wing during a brisk breeze is NOT recommended as damage may result.

The wing flies much better when it is thrown or launched properly. Try to launch while holding the plane always in line with the flight direction intended, as if it were a dart or a javelin, NOT as if it were a baseball or a stone.

To have the wing return to you, in little or no breeze, launch it into a climbing attitude with the Wing in a banking attitude (one wing top lowered). With a little practice the Wing will return to you each time.

HAPPY FLYING!!!

TO REPAIR BREAKS

Apply a light coat of white glue to the broken surface and carefully align and press the broken surfaces together. Wipe off any excess glue that is squeezed out of the junction. Masking or cellophane tape should hold the parts together until the glue has dried. A protected table top or a piece of wood may be useful in aligning the parts so that they will be true when dry. This is important for continued good flying.
